Look at the cretinous product of a failed education system ranting like a pure fuuucktard!

So, according to your dumb self, government should plan recurrent expenditure based on income streams they have not secured?

What kind of fuuucktard are you?

Fooool, have you ever seen Nigeria's budget? grin grin grin grin grin

LOL. income streams they have not secured but have already managed to find its way into peoples pockets. well atleast you were foolish enough to admit the 100k can be paid, just that its not yet in the budget. The thing about preposterous jerks like yourself is they are never aware of there stupidity.
Now i will summarize the whole thing for english speaking muttonheads like this idiot.

Based on the amount of money recovered alone from just some few unfortunate thieves, it is clear the nigerian government has the financial capacity to comfortably pay a 100k minimum wage!!!!

And if you still dont get it then its either you are irredemably nitwitted or you are one of the rogues benefiting from the nigerian government. You sadistic mÖron
