It is erroneous to think that google street view is real time view even in advanced countries which Peru is not among anyway.

Satellite images like Google Earth are cool, but of course it is limited to images that are days, weeks or even year old. There are times that you would like to see realtime overhead imagery (e.g. who is that at the door?), but sadly that privilege is restricted to the NSA, CIA, MI6 and other top-notch security organizations.

You can see a large collection of imagery in Google Earth, including satellite, aerial, 3D, and Street View images. Images are collected over time from providers and platforms. Images aren't in real time, so you won't see live changes.

Covers about 70% of all streets in Lagos,
40% of all streets in Abuja.
