It should go down to at least 150 where it was before and be stable there.

You are the ignorant one. Stability of Naira at over N360 to 1 dollar is not the kind of stability we yearn 4.
It should come down to maximum of N150, let's start from there.

Yes he promised to increase niara value but there is no way he can do that with the current price of crude oil.
oyel was less than $30 per barrel when Obasanjo was in power (1st tenure) yet exchange rate was around 110 Naira to 1$...oyel is selling above $80 per barrel....stop blaming incompetence on oyel price.

in what areas did he failed .....

Compare what he met then and how he was able to solve them...i am tired of buhari has failed everytime...
Cant we just analyse and argue things maturely and just concluding because others says he failed...
