Kenyan girls are too dark in complexion. Tanzanian aren't any better, they are also dark but not as dark as Kenyans.

noooo bro!! it means u don't know much about Tanzanian girls..they are exactly the same complexion as fulani girls, although u could find dark ones amongst them, but they are generally fair..u might even mistaken some of them for Arabs
