Tell them 80 to 100k to sell and gboju. There are many land sellers here many are 50k 60k 70k 80k per acre. Why would they leave this and opt for 200k per acre lands. If they sell 100k per acre. I will bring persons that will buy in bits but cumulatively 100 acres this year

It’s 50 acres , 10 mins ride , we have 50 acres and it’s very suitable for an estate and also for farming.

None of our lands have any Omonile issue. For Kobape the lands we have are
