You don't need drug to build confidence. You need to tell you inner self that I strong and confident. Imagine that you want to help someone that you love out of pains as as doctor or See your audience as people that need your help. Think of what will happen if you don't help them. Keep speaking to yourself always. Use your imagination more

Just look at your audiences as brainless fools. Or if that seems harsh, look at them as 1 year old babies.
All in all, look at yourself as the superior being, while they are worthless.
