The real confusion, is smart Nigerians refusing to wonder why WAEC, The West African Examinations Council, Headquartered in Nigeria is re-issuing certificate/attestation for an exam - WASC- whose exam/certificate was originally issued by University of Cambridge.......

If he really wrote the exam, then University of Cambridge should have received an application asking for an attestation since he was no longer in possession of his original certificate........

In the statement of result issued by the principal of Government College Katsina in 2015, Mathematics was recorded for Buhari and it was shown he had F9. How come WAEC didn't record that Mathematics alongside Woodwork in which he also had F9?
