Abraham instructed the servant not to take a wife for Isaac from some tribes/countries (choice 1), but go to his kindred (choice 2) to pick a wife. Servant also went and made a choice with God's direction (via prayer) that whoever gives him and his donkey water should be the bride. (Choice 3).

God answered his prayers but all choices were made by Abraham and the servant.
