Unless you're claiming the ships fly, this is an example of not landlocked since there is a navigable route to the sea!

Same applies to Igboland since it has several navigable rivers that empties into the ocean and the four most important ones are 1. Through Onitsha all the way down to the Niger Delta and into the Atlantic ocean.
2. Through P.harcourt/Igweocha which is also Igboland.
3. Through Obehie in Abia state that also empties into the Atlantic ocean.
4. Through Oguta that equally empties into the Atlantic ocean.

So, in the case of Igboland seceding and having Biafra, there are multiple points they can use to access the sea. The only point that can be argued is their all year round navigability which they all would probably face such challenges except for P.harcourt. If on the other hand Biafra emerges as a nation without P.harcourt in it, the country can equally strike bilateral agreement with Equatorial Guinea or Gabon and use their seaports as entre ports to receive large ocean vessels and thereafter transferring the cargoes into smaller vessels that could easily access the river ports at Onitsha, Oguta and Obehie. It is the north that should be worried over becoming a completely landlocked country, although they've warned our brothers on the other side that they will forever control a corridor from the North all the way down to the Lagos ports

London is a completely landlocked area but London controls much of the UK shipping through the several river ports built on the River Thames that runs through the centre of London. The River Thames runs into the ocean

It should also be noted that Igbo land is much bigger than the so called 'SE'

The North West is not landlocked too since you can use river Niger from Kebbi to access the ocean

The North Central is not landlocked too since you can use the rivers from Niger, kogi and benue to access the ocean

The North East is not landlocked because from Taraba, you can follow river benue down to the ocean
