It's too early, paying December salary in Nov doesn't make sense to me, at least he could have waited till between 12th-15th. I hope he'said going to pay 13th month? With the early payment of salaries he also promised in January , most of the civil servants will struggle to survive in February, anyway February is election period so by the time he dashes out 5k during election all of them will vote for him.

You don't understand what I mean... The payment is too early, not everyone know how go save and spend reasonably.

Some, even a lot might spend the money even before Xmas comes. So I was thinking he should have made it a week or 10 days to Xmas with other bonuses.
