The Amendment had gone half way in the NASS when 46 Senators and about 200 Rep Members working for Mr. President suddenly opposed it.


What about GEJ's NATIONAL CONFERENCE REPORT? Why can't Buhari pass it to the NASS to deliberate on it and pass it?
