At least they pay tax, Create employment and contribute to the economy. They are even regulated by the Nigerian Lottery Commission. Can't say same of our many churches springing up daily that and are even more than X10 the total borehole in the nation. Akin Alabi founder of Nairabet recently paid N100m in tax, But our bling bling daddy Oyedepo is foaming in the mouth and opening the gate of hell because Buhari have stop free parking of private jets. I concur, betting should only be done for fun.
All over the world, successful games turned out everyday is just 0.001% of bets placed in a day. So it almost impossible to eck out a decent living from betting as a full-time gambler.

See betting as entertainment and just budget N200 everyweek place on your favourite teams as entertainment fee.

First I don't bet but I mind my business.

Everyone should mind his or her business. People that bet don't cause any harm in the society. It's a personal decision. Call them lazy or greedy. It's their lifestyle and not yours.

It's better than stealing pants, cutting brezz, armed robbery....
