The 10 spies Moses sent to Canaan land, used their mouths against themselves.

While Joshua and Caleb, used their mouths as weapon for their breakthroughs.
Numbers 12-14.

Numbers 14:1-3 (KJV)
"And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness! And wherefore hath the Lord brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?"

Stop using the words of your mouth against yourself.

Stop confessing evil and negative things about your health, marriage, spouse, children, finances etc.

Daily and moment by moment, learn to confess only good and positive things.

Practice confessing the scripture and the promises of God concerning you.

Your mouth is a spiritual weapon, don't use it against yourself.
