Neighbors Rush To Save Man After Wife Grabs His Scrotum, Refuses To Let Go for Vomiting On The Bed

A 51-YEAR-old Zimbabwean man was left bleeding after his wife grabbed and refused to let go of his privates during a domestic dispute, a city court heard this week.

Court heard that the woman had been infuriated after returning home to find that her husband had vomited in bed.

Neighbors rushed to the couple's house to help untangle a screaming Charles Tavara as his wife Grace Sibokwane refuse to let go of his testicles.

Sibokwane escaped a custodial sentence after Tavara begged Harare magistrate Obedience Matare to free his wife saying they would settle issues out court.

"I no longer want to pursue the case. If you may kindly drop the charges, she is my wife," he said.

Prosecuting, Linda Gadzikwa indicated that the incident occurred on December 15 this year at the couple's home in Mabvuku.

Tavara went to a neighbor's funeral around 9 pm, only to return at around 5 am the following day.

Court heard a misunderstanding arose after Tavara allegedly vomited on the bed.

Sibokwane then grabbed her husband testicles and started pulling him.

It was alleged that neighbors heard Tavara's screams and rushed to the scene to assist him.

However, Tavara told the court that "she (the wife) pulled me for no apparent reason, and no one restrained her from assaulting me".

His wife was warned and cautioned after pleading guilty to the charges.

"The accused acted unlawfully and is hereby warned to resolve disputes amicably in future," said Matare before discharging Sibokwane.

grin Vomiting was just an ostensible reason to brutally detach the man's manhood which has failed in its duties of satisfying the woman due over indulgence in alcohol!

Is there an empirical proof for this?

As no single individual on record, has been in a position to experience both kind of pains. So it is difficult to calibrate the varying degrees of pains from each act.

Lol. There's a scale for pain. Doctors use it all the time. It's how people get appropriate painkillers

The scale you are talking about that doctors use is a subjective measurement as it is not accurate. That is why Doctors ask you to tell them how much you are feeling the pain on a scale of 1 to 10 and they will start you off with low dose of painkillers and gradually increase the dosage if you still report that you are still feeling pains.

The only objective measure of pain was developed by scientists in early this decade and not even widely available or used. Also, that measurement is subjective across two individuals ie two people having same magnitude of pain don’t register at the same level on the scale because other biological and chemical components unique to each person interferes with how high the pain will manifest including our individual immune systems, which are first line of defense and which will try to smooth off the pains to the best of their abilities plus differing BMI, blood constitutes quantities, inherent sickness, etc.

Hence, a true measure is to use an objective measurement device on a single individual for both pain sources and the measures taken very close to each other, this way the variation introduced by our biological and chemical constitutes will be kept at minimum.
