Of course it is not feasible in Ikeja, Abuja, Port-Harcourt. But there are States capitals which where created recently and are currently expanding. You can still get a plot of land for less that a million. Abuja and Lagos where once upon a time a thick forest, Those who had the fore sight to acquire lands have had their ROI at 1000% with the value still increasing. Ask students in Lagos, some pay up to 200k for a bunkered bed space for a room of four occupants.

If u are interested, a leading brand still open to investors. Min 3.5m get 80% 15 months.

If you can invest in fish business. Although it can't even take up to 5 million but the business is also very lucrative. I started early this month and at least I am saying thank you Lord for what am realising on weekly basis.

You can lease or rent a 2 star hotel or guesthouse with 30rooms. All u need to do is efficient and effective management. It's a daily income as you run both lodging and short time. If u can get it right u will make nothing less than 30k per day. This is my 2019 business anyway. Cost of renting should be between 3-5m per annum. Plus staffing and others u can't even spend up to 10m. A year ROI will give u nothing less than 15m

I have been doing this business for 3 years now.
