This all about the fake election result the Buhari govt is depending on !!!! Buhari knows with this man heading the supreme court the disgrace of a rig result they plan to release might be knocked out by the supreme court

I know you would always spill nonsense with some gullible Nairalanders shelling likes for your quotes.

If the so called judge is innocent let him exonerate himself ,not this politicisation of matters by some phony nairalanders who do not know foul from fish.

It's only when politics and elections are concerned that the stupidity and ethno-religious bigotry of Nigerians unveil itself.

Did you read the part where the CJN Onnoghen didn't declare his assets until just two months after the sweep on the judiciary in October 2016?
Even at that, Onnoghen only declared his Union Bank accounts and hid his Dollars, Euros, Pounds and Naira accounts with Standard Chartered Bank. He only funded those accounts through cash deposits running into thousands of hard currencies.
The balances on those foreign accounts were $164,804.82, GBP108,352.2, EUROS 55,154.56 and N8,131,195.27 as at 14th November 2016.

Now, for a right thinking and patriotic citizen, is this is not enough reason to prosecute him for corruption and possible enrichment through bribes that must have influenced judicial cases?

You dey mind the Buhari hater.
Some of them are so blinded by their hatred for Buhari that they can't separate their dirty politics from national interest .

That is close to 500 Million Naira, he refused to declare if you summed everything up...What other business is he doing aside being a civil servant?

No wonder some criminals are now using the Supreme to Court boast, like Saraki etc, because they are sure of buying Judgements....

Corruption in Judiciary is the highest form of crime against humanity...Because a corrupt judge is a danger and a terrorist to the entire society..

This is a case I advise the FG to diligently prosecute to serve as a deterrent to other criminal justices littering our Judiciary...

Kudos to Buhari for not toleranting crime (in order appear good in some people's mind), no matter how highly placed the individual might be.

Oya, Wailers the floor is opened, come and Wail your eyes out.
You are right. He should be investigated and prosecuted if culpable. But is it not curious that you also did not deemed it fit to condemn and call for the investigation and prosecution of Babachir Lawal and Governor Gaduje in any of your posts? It is rather sad that the fanatical and mad support for PMB has turn even intelligent minds like yours to morbid zombies! Think and get yourself out of the cultlike shackles.

Dorm account is different from a foreign account.

This exactly is how EFCC loses important cases.

Let the case begin.
All this nomenclatures are not important now.
Let the CJN answer for himself. If he is innocent no problem, but if he is not, then let him face the music.

I know he is neither in APC or PDP.

Calm down, Babachir Lawal was relieved of his duty and EFCC has been preparing a water tight case for arraignment..

Ganduje like Fayose was, is under immunity until the expiration of his tenure ..his case is even easy to prove..no much investigation..

Moreover, the two ex governors jailed last year, were all APC..so what else? Even Orji uzor that the PDP failed to prosecute since 2007, is now being tried with seriousness under APC..

Ignorance is the bane of development in Africa. Going by the petition posted above, it was submitted to CCB by an unknown person or group, why did the poster deliberately hide the address of the petitioner and he went on to allege FG. He who asserts must prove

I guessed they are still preparing water tight case against Akpabio who is presently in the campaign team of PMB. The last time I checked Babachir is still moving around PMB campaign team. If only you guys realised that the PMB we voted for is no longer in charge. Things are so bad that intelligent people are allowing PMB and the cabal to mess up with their brains. Granted Ganduje has immunity but that does not stop EFCC from investigating him the same way Fayose was investigated.
At times I wish PMB win second term so that zombies eyes will be clear once and for all. After all will all buy from the same market. Lies and propaganda is not putting money into the pocket of honest working Nigerians. How do we get to this low level? Supporting a president who is incoherent and runs away from debates and media?

You've made a valid point. However, if the FG needs to prove that this not a witchhunt. They should also inform the other justices in the Supreme court to declare thier assets and also investigate thoroughly.
You can't just attempt to remove the CJN a month to the general elections and expect people to not raise flags or alarm.

I'm sure others must have done that otherwise it would only amount to selected justice

What stupid law was broken? The accusations you trumped up against CJN remain allegations until proven in the court of law.

Besides, if you want to follow the law, why haven't you prosecuted Babachir. Recently, we got the information about Issa Funtua's manipulation and corrupt practice in connivance with EFCC & CBN. Your PMB govt is still to prosecute these guys and other corrupt folks in your fold but you wanna take on the judiciary.

You have failed.

Just because you are partisan, every one is.

Asset declaration is a law and punishable offense. What proof have you against the FG that the CJN declared his assets.

Please feel free to present it to the CJN's lawyers or media and stop politicizing everything and everyone.
