If Wike said this, I wonder what he is afraid of. CJN is not above the law. Let him prove himself innocent. This has nothing to do with the Niger Delta people. The law is the bases. Let the law be upheld.
You need not display your stupidly for the whole world to see. What wike is saying is that the cjn should be referred to the njc according to the constitution for investigation and proper disciplinary actions and not other way round.
Use your brain dear.

Are you trying to say some people are above the law?

1. Oshiomhole has a pending corruption case in court
2. Akpabio has a pending criminal/corruption cases in court after several petitions against him
3. Fashola has issues to settle in the court over obvious inflation of government projects
4. Amaechi was indicted by a panel who have also dragged him to the court
5. Minister of Technology has certificate issues
6. Kemi Adeosun had certificate issues yet she was guarded to London and protected by this government

And the list is endless...

Why can't they first prosecute one of their own instead of chasing the wind?

Guy you get sense

Haven't you read that you can't try a sitting judge by law

The truth is that Wike has been bribing judges, no be today.

How do you guys think Wike got the judgment for removal of Ali Modu Sheriff? The judgment was illogical but this same Supreme Court under Onnoghen said it was in national interest.

Wike's contact in the SC is Mary Odili. That's the agent.

This is the same thing that Yar Adua did when he gave SC Justices 67M dollars through Justice Ogebe. In fact, Wikileaks carried it.

Now, that plan has been busted.

If you check the source of the funds in the account the CJN claimed he forgot to declare, you'll see that the CJN is under external influence.

Let APC follow the law, they are not following the law and that is what Wike and people of good conscience are afraid of and against.

Rubbish. Did Kemi Adeosun prove herself innocent before being escorted out to run away? Rubbish.

Buhari/APC and their SW side-kicks should not push this country over the cliff.

There is a subsisting appeal court judgment that no sitting judicial officer can be tried without recourse first to the NJC!

That is the law!!

Don't be a looonatic!

The SW is at the forefront of defending the CJN.

Mention one prominent Igbo lawyer that has waded into this issue.

Whatever!

Due process must be followed in the removal of the CJN.

You must first subject the CJN to the NJC for scrutiny.

What they are doingis not the law.

They byepass due process because they want to speediky remove the CJN.

The law is clear, NJC is the first contact if the CJN have corrupt charges against him.

Why the rush to array him just within 3 working days?

There are more to it if you think, think and think again, then you can see it.

Where was Wike when Jonathan removed justice Salami, the head of Appeal Court illegally? Where was Wike when Jonathan removed the CBN governor Sanusi illegally? He is just talking trash. He is an ethnic bigot. He did not address if truly the Chief justice has committed a crime. Justice Salami did not commit a crime. He didn't steal money, he didn't fail to declare assets. Yet Jonathan removed him. And the stupid ethnic bigot is now shouting when Onogen has accepted his crime. Go and sit down joo!

But funny enough another same law reads that the CJN can be tried by the NJC! So which law supercedes the other...because that law saying NJC has the right to attend to CJN matters have not been vacated yet..so it's gonna be a clash of two laws!

However u want to look at it. The judiciary arm is very corrupt and full of unscrupulous individuals and as such must me looked into. Our judiciary is one of the major problems of this country. We can't trust them to dish out justice in an effective manner. The corruption in the judiciary systems has to be really looked into.
Judiciary is corrupt because it's headed by a south south man. Is buhari not corrupt how many times have you open a thread about corruption in the presidency

Go and read the constitution in between the lines and it's seems as though you do not know that an appeal court ruling emphasising this same constitution with regards the CJN and the NJC, have not been vacated yet..so that law is still sacrosanct!

It is upon the basis of the substantive laws, that wike is basing his argument....

It's gonna be a clash of two laws!

I disagree with your submission... What do u mean that court of appeal does not enact laws? OK the substantive law by an appeal court is still a law aside the constitution law that is been upheld because that law has not been vacated yet by the highest court of law in this state..that appeal court ruling gives the NJC the right to look into the CJN matter...so what are you saying?
