A 300 Level Industrial Chemistry student of Fountain University, Osogbo, Osun State, had to be rushed to the hospital today after being savagely attacked by the Dean of Student Affairs of the institution.

It was gathered that the Dean, Dr. Abdulsalami Ibrahim O, had approached the student, Abdulhakeem, with a cutlass, asking him to cut some grass, but the student demanded for the reason why he should cut the grass.

The Dean then went ahead to request for his phone, again Hakeem asked for an explanation. This however prompted Dr. Abdulsalami to resort into a physical combat with the student, leaving him with a gash on his head and he had to be quickly rushed to the hospital as he was losing blood.

According to some aggrieved students of the institution, this is one of the many cases of physical assault by the Dean who, they claim, goes about attacking students over minor or no issues at all.
