Church lies in the heart. God does not live in a big cathedral.
Black man is obsessed with religion and politics while the western world is busy developing new technologies for a black man to use.
The Chinese Astronauts landed closer to the sun recently while in Nigeria we are busy discussing religion, PMB, atiku, saraki, ApC, PDP and rubbish.

Among all these mega churches, only opm is truly helping the poor.
To be honest with you in the respect of helping the poor, the leader of the church probably the only one in the nation that is doing it to the extent that Jesus was doing it while He was here on earth.

The rest more or less it's just a sideline, just as it was Pharisees who also help the poor for a show.

IamAnderson:

actually.... it's only opm that is announcing it
salvation ministries bought hospital equipments worth over 1billion naira last year and donated it
they built a road to with their own equipments after the government has over looked the road so many times
yesterday too they fed a lot of people after church
because they don't announce it on TV doesn't mean it's not happening.
It's not only OPM that announces it for most of such churches do, but the difference with OPM is that it is front line and not sideline as the others.

The Pharisees also gave to the poor.

Mark 13:1-2 (KJV)

And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Enemy of Jesus, if to say Hin dey here you for don carry stone, stone am.

Progress in the sight of carnal mind but not in the sight of God.
you dont read bible like literature books, there is a deeper meaning to that scripture; it does not mean we should not build worship centers for our God

I actually don't need to say anything to you, but you need to repeat the first line of words you said in front of a mirror because it I can't respond better than that to your comment.

You would tell me where it said you should worship worship buildings.

You must speak because you have mouth.

The Salvation ministries i know?! Infact Only GOD can do this. I am winning because i am born to win.
In historic times the church was an architechural master piece ,so no one should shout Factory here ooo

Herein lies the problem. You people confuse church with Temples and synagogues.

Church is completely different from temples and synagogues.

Temples and synagogues were places while the church is a body of believers. You go to temples and synagogues but you gather as a church.

Therefore if the whole church gathers together in one place and all should speak in tongues, but uninstructed ones or unbelievers come in, will not they say that you are mad? (1 Corinthians 14:23)
