What do you do when someone you are in a supposed relationship with only sends you Whatsapp messages once in a while (like once or twice in a month, never ever calls (that one is even the worst), never communicates, is never romantic and leaves you high and dry most of the time. Note that one is Nigeria and one is in the USA.

There is a very strong suspicion that there is another person causing the distraction and lack of care and communication, but no courage ask because one does not want to be viewed as whiny and nagging. There was initial commitment and promises but as of now, it is comme ci comme ca.
