Jesus said that it was necessary for him to go so that the comforter would come and that if he did not go, the comforter would not come but we read verses showing that holy spirit has been existing before Jesus. Holy spirit was with early people before Jesus came and it is still in existence. Jesus Christ happened to a comforter and for another comforter to replace him, it would have to be similar to the one leaving (Jesus).

- The bible is full of lessons about marriage. Christ talked about divorce, the NT talks about how to love ur wife and used Christ's own example to teach us how to love our wives. Of course you never read those.
- M'ohammad performed NO miracles, He was a man of sin (Christ was sinless), he never rose from the grave, he never walked on water, he could not even fight off poison . . . and you fraud claim he is equivalent to Christ?

JOHN 14:15-17: "If you love me you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father and He will give you another Comforter to be with you forever - the Spirit of Truth. The world cannot accept him because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him for he lives with you and will be in you."

The comforter here is clearly identified by 2 important factors:
- He will be with us FOREVER - M'ohammad is long dead.
- He is known as the "Spirit of Truth" - M'ohammad was not a spirit.

JOHN 14:25, 26: "All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."

- the comforter is now identified as the Holy Spirit - this could not be a reference to m'ohammad

JOHN 16:7,8: "But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. When he comes he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment, "

- there is no concept of sin and righteousness in the q'uran - so this "comforter" was clearly not m'ohammad.

JOHN 16:13-15: "But when he, the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own, he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it know to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you."

- this comforter was to bring glory to Jesus Christ - M'ohammad DENIED the very essence of Christ's sacrifice on the cross and relegated Him to a mere "prophet".
