poor phemmy. The girl is tired of you and is looking for an excuse to be with the other guy. Time apart strengthens relationships but 2 people who know that they have found what they want in each other strive to work together to make the relationship work not go having crushes on others. obvious things from your post: - u seem to have low self esteem (why would u bring up age? Its only 4 months!) - u are too clingy (sending people to beg her? why?) - u're making it too obvious you cant do without her - you both fight a lot (big red flag!) just let her go. You have some serious growing up to do. |
relationships are 50-50 until you find the right person. Perhaps the problem is most women are in too much of a hurry to at least have someone that they dont spend enough time to study who they are with. |
6-1, 6-3, 6-0 . . . no chance there my friend. |
Na wa o. So the finals of the Nadal Open is over? I'm still thinking there's still one more set left to play, over in 1 hr 48 minutes? |
even if u talk for 40 hrs, this chic isnt urs steve. ![]() |
vivaladiva:i hereby declare vivaladiva best nairalander of the night. ![]() 4Her:i dont know o, u seem to be in so many necks at the moment. ![]() |
no winner here. So long as the main issue of the thread is solved. These reps are new and more interested in protecting their "right" to loot the treasury. Now kiss me and i wont be a pain in ur neck again. ![]() |
debosky:at least for tonite. First phase of vivaladiva's politics 101 class. ![]() |
vivaladiva:you will get no apology because if you bothered to read carefully like i keep harping to you u'd have realised i wasnt insulting you but pointing out the very words you used to describe the reps in your very opening post. |
vivaladiva:Whe u're in a hole . . . pls stop digging. Pls tell me who wrote this below: the bill has never been passed slowpoke go see for your idiotic self like i said think before u leap don't let your clouded sense of judgement rule over the rational part of your brain if u don't like me thats bloody fine but please don't just chat shit, i know what i saw besides what do u know sef just because u are fortunate enof to own a computer doesnt exactly mean your enlightened last point proven may shame catch u and your enormous ignorance It was a fairly decent debate until you thot you knew just enough to insult my own "gaps of knowledge" eh. |
vivaladiva:madame we all learn everyday. The problem is you tried to portray the false idea that you actually had a good grasp of what you were talking about little knowing you were just hiding behind google and a hazy idea of what you saw by passing on TV last night. That doesnt count as knowledge. Next time dont be too hasty to cast others as ignorant, moronic, idiotic and stupid. It has nothing to do with ur sexual preferences but more to do with ur attitude. Sorry, its too late to invoke the "i wont let stupid pride get in the way of bla bla bla" . . . when u're in a hole you stop digging. |
vivaladiva:to start with you had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA we operate the presidential system of government with 2 distinct houses of legislation? and you were here crowing like you knew anything upstairs? |
the bill has never been passed slowpoke go see for your idiotic self like i said think before u leap don't let your clouded sense of judgement rule over the rational part of your brain if u don't like me thats bloody fine but please don't just chat shit, i know what i saw besides what do u know sef just because u are fortunate enof to own a computer doesnt exactly mean your enlightened last point proven may shame catch u and your enormous ignorance hehehe i hope you can now eat humble pie and take your own advice. What a fantastic way of showing urself up for being the empty head you truly are. ![]() |
vivaladiva:the bill was sent to the house well before. The house of reps passed the bill in 2005, the senate did same a yr later. (notice the distinct language used . . . accepting the bill is not the same as passing/approving it). One thing you also shld note, it takes 2 houses to approve a final draft of a bill. It seems the senate is ready but the house is not. The house that passed the bill in 2005 is clearly not the same one that is re-considering the bill today. |
stillwater: ![]() |
vivaladiva:What if they pass it again and Yar Adua refuses to sign it? the charade will pass on to the next administration? |
vivaladiva:that is why you shld be careful before accusing others of ignorance. The FOI bill has been on the table for donkey yrs . . . you are just seeing it on AIT yesterday? Why the bill hasnt been made into law? Ask Obasanjo why he refused to sign it in 2006. Its easy to blame the reps for everything. |
vivaladiva:Very simple. . . . that the bill had been passed more than 2 years ago by both houses of assembly. Obasanjo refused to sign it into law and sent it back to the house . . . that was were the new brouhaha started again. People like you just read headlines and think you now know what you are talking about. If Obasanjo had signed the bill in 2006 this would have been no news at all. The house can only pass a bill, unless it decides to over-ride presidential veto only the president can sign a bill into law. Go read some pol science first before accusing others of ignorance. Christ! |
slowpoke, i doubt if you thoroughly digested the link you sent earlier . . . just to refresh your memory from your own link. . . It will be recalled that the FOIB was passed by both chambers of National Assembly during the last Assembly but the then president, Olusegun Obasanjo, withheld assent, citing security reasons and kicking against the title of the bill. Since it was re-introduced by the sponsors, it has been a thug-o'-war in the House of Representatives. |
Sorry i dont wait for AIT and NTA before running around pretending to be informed. |
You slowpoke pls read below: (published Nov 2006) http://www.int.iol.co.za/index.php?click_id=68&art_id=iol1163747239184N265&set_id= Lagos - Nigeria's Senate has passed a Freedom of Information (FOI) bill granting the media and the general public the right to request information on government business from government agencies or from private bodies performing public functions. The bill, submitted to the national assembly several years ago and passed late on Wednesday, provides for the declassification of and public right of access to information, lifting a cloak of secrecy that has up until now surrounded most public functions. The lower house of parliament had passed the bill last December. The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) hailed the passing of the bill, saying that it would help journalists and the public to obtain information. |
vivaladiva:dont be foolish, the senate approved the bill in 2006, House of reps approved the bill in 2005 . . . however it takes more than mere approval to pass a bill into law. The version approved by the senate is yet to be harmonised with that approved by the house of reps neither has the bill been signed into law by the president. Too bad you people just read headlines and then run away thinking you understand the entire story. |
vivaladiva:once you do the same instead of blabbling. |
Xiomarra is in midlife crisis. |
vivaladiva:the Nigerian senate passed the FOI bill in November 2006, the house of Reps passed the bill Dec 2005. Go do some study first before bleating loudly. You watched AIT or NTA and suddenly you think you now know enough to make noise? |
vivaladiva:Ever heard that life is never fair to all? Ask yourself a question . . . what would it have been like if u had been born in Darfur? Did the Darfurians choose to be refugees struggling for daily survival by choice? Maybe, maybe not . . . but such is life. For the mentally retarded, more often than not it is either due to medical complications during birth or genetic predisposition. Thanks to advancement in science we are now able to catch high risk parents earlier and inform them of the potentials of having children with certain medical problems. Its not God's fault that malaria exists is it? |
i thot the Senate passed this bill since 2006. . . you need to crosscheck. |
