Ameachi would have being the greatedt loser had Jonathan won his re-election bid. Ameachi would have been given the Ibori treatment and his properties where ever they may be confiscated. Indeed, the Jonathan presidency would have ensured Ameachi died a slow but painful death.
Alas, this is not the case. Even if Wike sets up a panel and indict Ameachi, there would be no EFCC to act on his report. Ameachi to all right thinking Nigerians, is the greatest beneficiary of Jonathan defeat. Even if Ameachi gets no appointment, that still do not make him a loser. Any goodies or appointments coming to Rivers and indeed Niger Delta, must get a nod from Ameachi. Any serious politician from d south south who wants to get federal govt paronage, must WORSHIP Ameachi. This is a fact.
