The Akwa Ibom state government has launched an airline which will commence flight operations after the staff training, test run and the regulatory authorities have certified it fit to fly in the Nigerian airspace.

The airline known as Ibom Air was unveiled after several months of planning by the Akwa Ibom state government. The state government has reportedly disclosed that the airline would operate within Uyo-Lagos-Abuja routes.

Though PDP sold Nigeria Airways but anyway Udom has done excellently for this singular act. THANKS to president BUHARI for his maturity and good heart... . if he had the same heart of PDP govs like udom who refuse FG land to build houses and plant rice in the state so that Nigerian's in Akwa ibom will not see BUHARI as a performer, they will not give clearance and free pass of the plane in lagos port so that akwa ibom people will not see udom is working.
