@bolded, they have only sent mails for entrance exam, not for admission. They admission process is in stages. The exam is for may 8. Venue not yet disclosed for Nigerians.

I intend going for my Tuberculosis test at a near by private Diagnosis centre since is one of admission requirements, just want to be sure before I spend such about for the test.

It means B2 level in the common european framework of reference for languages CEFR. If you write toefl ibt / Ielts i.e 72-94 points / 5.5-6.0 respectively. Most schools are specific on the scores they want in the english test however the minimum level of requirement for english is B2 for most schools. So if your english test score is in the B2 level range or above then you are qualified although it depends on the course you want to study also.

Check the deggendorf english language requirement score for the course you want to study. You will see the score they want for your intended program of study. Then you must have the language certificate either toefl/Ielts at the b2level as part of the application if you don't have it yet.
