Talk is cheap,you used to does not mean you live there,a friend of mine who lives in the same Abeokuta Quarry road is paying ₦400k for 3 bedroom long before i started paying ₦400k for the same 3bed in Lagos.


Response like this always make me feel some of you don't pay rent,you live in a free or subsidized accomodations.

Rent=250000, electricity bill base on assumption at least 3000 per a month x12= 36000,
Recharge card for calls only =100 per day×365=36500.
Subscription per month 1000 per month x12=12000.
Food per day 600×30×12 =216000.
Gas per a month 2500×12=30000.
Sunday hangout per week 1000×52=52000.
Water 4000 in two months 4000×6=24000.
Let asumme that soap, clothe , drinking water and snacks per annum is 150000.
Your family expenses plus burial ,wedding birthday, child dedication.church activities , Go tv subscription 150000 per year.
After summation total = 762100 to then
960000-762100=197900.
