Is the guy a journalist? If not, what's his business with whoever Baba choose to support in an election. The beautiful of democracy is freedom of association, we must not all support a candidate under a multi-party system, if we do, it will no longer be democracy but monocracy.

Three things to note:

1. Chief Obasanjo should take a large chunk of blame for what is happening to Atiku today. He consistently painted him as corruption personified both in prints and in words as well as in diplomatic circles for close to 12 years until late last year. However, it is mportant to point out that it was Atiku's overambition that drove Obasanjo to do that.

2. Chief Obasanjo invoked 'curse' on himself by publicly saying that God will not forgive him if he supports Atiku inspite of what he knows about him. Several months later after two failed attempts to form a 3rd force party, he made a volte face in the name of reconciliation to support Atiku to achieve his egoistic fight against Buhari.

3. Chief Obasanjo tried to play God and got humbled. He unilaterally instructed Buhari to forget 2nd term and retire to treat his ailments. He publicly denigrated and uncharitably maligned the person of President Buhari in diplomatic circles. He once told a bewildered international audience that since Buhari's hand was too weak to sign Africa Trade Deal that soon a new president with strong hand will sign it. He was too sure as though he was God. He forgot that it is every Nigerian that will have the final say on the election day.

Every song ends. Obasanjo is a melodious song that is nearing its end.

God bless you for this wonderful and intelligent peice of write up you write up show you a person of acute intelligent and political acute observer well done.

Former president Olusegun Obasanjo has been spotted in London, United Kingdom after the presidential and national assembly elections which were held last Saturday.

According to a UK based Nigerian man, Femi Anjorin, he revealed that he saw the ex-president yesterday at Heathrow airport.

He shared a picture of both of them on Facebook and wrote; Just now at Heathrow airport T3 with Baba Obasanjo. I asked him, “Sir, why did you not support Buhari?”... he couldn’t look me in the face! Baba looked away and say “Nigeria Aa’daa” .

Meanwhile, Obasanjo has kept mum after the Independent National Electoral Commission, in the early hours of Wednesday declared Buhari winner of Saturday, February 23 presidential polls. He threw his weight behind the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

Obasanjo was filmed walking hurriedly at an Airport in Nigeria before travelling to the UK. Watch the video below.

I read some fools said obj fled this is so hilarious indeed. If you know who the Owu Monster is no one will spew that jargon.

This man is a demon himself and fears no one I have met him on few occasion and heard few things about him from people closer to him.

I'm sure he went abroad as usual. Obj travels a lot so fleeing is understatement. I respect him a lot though he has lot of flaws yet I respect him.

Baba enjoy your life abeg.

Obj would take 80℅ blame for Atiku's defeat as he elevated the corruption tag on Atiku to unbelievable level. On the day Atiku went to reconcile with him, he still maintained that all he said about Atiku was true and even asked Atiku to ask for the forgiveness of Nigerians. Terrible.
Obj was also at the Lagos Yoruba Tennis Club with Atiku which could have been a good PR for Atiku's candidacy but he again said that although he was supporting Atiku but he stood by all he said about Atiku in the past. So imagine your boss recommending you for employment in another company and also telling them that I'm a fraudulent staff. Will I get the job? Atiku should collect his millions back from baba. Very painful indeed. Unfortunately Atiku confirmed Baba's position about him with his life or death policy of selling NNPC as if that was the only policy available to revamp our economy. Atiku never mentioned his policy on how he would curb corruption but said he would enrich his friends and grant amnesty to looters who are ready to return their loots.
How I wish we can get a younger person who can really give these old generation a good fight. It is not yet UHURU in Nigeria. Nigerians need to reject all these people and try a third force with a very young candidate. It is possible. God help Nigeria.

Baba is preparing for political retirement. in some ways he is one of the reasons Atiku lost woefully. I detest people who think of only their stomach only, their eyes don clear now, next level is a goal jare.
Is it that the word woeful is too much a lexicon for you? Atiku didn't lose woefully he lost with all the flaws Yes.
