I wish to state here that something drastic should be done to revamp the dying NIGERIA COLLEGE OF AVIATION ZARIA. Whose training facility is obsolete. Most of their training aircraft have aged and there was an air crash a few days ago.

It should not be that Nigerians who must excelled in a particular field must have to have the financial ability to travel abroad.

We should create the enabling environment to be celebrated in our chosen field here in Nigeria.

If pilot Sowemimo had relied on the Aviation School Zaria.

I doubt if she will go that far. Qatar airways will not even employ her as she will be downgraded as unskilled.

I congratulate her!
