I strongly agree.

God would not do for you what you cam do for yourself, he told Jehoshaphat to appoint praise singers and Joshua to circle Jericho's fence 7x.

He could easily have gotten victory on these occasions without any step taken by these men, but then he would be raising insolent, irresponsible children.

Kapish?

Oyedepo is confused. The Bible says that " by strength shall no man prevail ".
Was it not by strength America prevailed over Iraq and Afghanistan? God can only bless the works of your hand, don't lazy around and expect " God to do it".

Yes. God created you and I for partnership, for fellowship so each one comes to the party with something to make something happen.

According to this fraudster, Abraham is also an indolent.

Genesis 22:7-8 King James Version (KJV)
And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

No, he is not saying you should do anything by yourself. Nothing can be done without God and God will do nothing without man. Both act simultaneously. Anything outside that is bound to fail.

When God steps out of the room and he still thinks - he is there with him, so many teaching start going side ways, to support this also using an analogy in the old testament- and God harden the heart of Pharaoh, and he refused to let the children of Israel go- in other words he can determine what he wants to happen by controlling the heart of men- like he did the woman that gave her last Morsel of food- preparing herself and her child for death - only for "a true prophet" a man of God - to eat the food, tell her to fill all the jars in her house with oil* and he blessed it- which she then took to the market and sold and became blessed from it -

It depends on the angle from which we are looking at it.

You can't be earning 30k per month, and marry 2 wives and give birth to 10 children and when people ask you how you will raise your children, you reply that "God will do it"

But when you've put in your best into something and you then leave everything to God, then your God will do it will make sense. If apply for a job, you pass the interview in flying colours but you get to know that someone that didn't pass the interview but who has connections is trying to lobby himself into the job, in this instance your "God will do it" has meaning, because you don't have the power to help yourself for a reason beyond your control
and you can't sit in church without doing anything Oyedepo and co pray for millions to enter your account.

You are wrong.

If the man have faith and he is working diligently, God has done it for him.

From where he is working and earning 30k, a man or a manager may hear his story of how many dependents he has and feel compassion for him and decide to promote him and increase his salary!

Haven such number of dependents can also inspire him to work extra time or take up side hustles to meet up and from there if he is faithful enough, can still meet up and train all his kids, and also destiny helper can come.

Faith is very strong, it can change things and make impossibility to become possible.

God has done it already wink

Selling false and unpractical faith, believe and doctrine

What are you saying?
If you don't understand something please ask.

God gave us Dominion over poverty . Sickness and all the tools Satan is using against us.
God has put the devil under our feet. His creation He subjected it under mankind, but instead of having Dominion, mankind decides to have Domination, which does not work under Spiritual laws.

under the Dominion laws you are expected to work so that you have finical Dominion. He that does not work is not expected to eat.He gav the garden for man to tend.if you do not pay school fees , then there is something fundamentally wrong with your perspective and the laws you are operating under.

Stop accusing others of brainwashing please and stop this hate bile.

'He told (God told) Jehoshaphat...'.

That is God's input in the partnership at that instance. Some will act without that instructive input and fail. Others will receive His input and still wait for Him to do their part of the deal when they clearly know God doesn't have hands and feet.

He is damn right...

Until you take action nothing changes, God will not come down to effect change in any man's life.

he blesses what you do, If you sit down and wait for God to do it while you lay on your bed, you might end up waiting forever.

In d end, we really don't need God since its our action that makes d desired change

Keep twisting the scriptures to align with your own understanding. People shoutto God to bless them but I bet God would even look at you and ask you what you want him to bless. What do you have? What do you do? What are you bringing to the table. God can't bless you if you don't take a step.

2 Thessalonians 3:10 says " ....if any man would not work, neither should he eat"
An indolent person doesn't want to exert effort or engage in physical activity. He is plain lazy.
Even Jesus was once exhausted from his physical activities that he dosed off imediately he entered the boat.
God blesses the work of our hands.
