Hello, you seem to be the one not listening here. All I was saying in plain English was: STOP DEDUCING REASONS. DID YOUR ARTICLE EXPLICITLY SAY THE RECRUITMENT WILL BE HALTED BECAUSE OF THIS NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM??
