It seems some inside persons here are more informed than the GGM Public Affairs. His statements are more generic than specific. At least he didnt talk about any court case but opined that it will be concluded with transparency (hopefully).

It is not impossible that he is not fully aware of the state of things as at now.

Well the question is when did the reporter actually contacted the Acting GGM public affairs It could be it was since late October or November 2019 that he was contacted (hence the reason for his answer).Most of his (reporter's) twitter quotations where the ones from the twitter bombardment that was suggested here.
My point is the fact that the news was posted today doesn't necessarily mean that it was written (typed and worked on) today.
So there could still be good news this month.
