Thus, I lost all hopes of getting d pictures from the chess tournament which took place in port harcourt club, on 16th, dats saturday. But then, how many of us were even aware of the tournament, b4 we even start considering d distance? See eh, one thing I hate abt chess tournaments in Nigeria is d poor quality of PUBLICITY given to it. Partially, i blame d organisers. But den, on a fair ground, considerin d low interest of d game by d masses, i understand dia plight. Well, we do have a chess club. I have heard so. However, its not quite active. So, we are jst hopin to try get d club back on its feet again. However, d tournaments beign organised are not affiliated wt d chess club. We do it for fun
