A plumber in Sheffield has been caught performing a sex act while working in his friend’s home.

Report says that Leslie Burton was hired by ‘best friend’ John White, 40, to fix his boiler in his home in Sheffield. But after he was left in the house for 15 minutes, Mr. Burton was caught on CCTV performing the sex act in an upstairs bedroom.

The footage showed Mr. Burton bringing out a intimacy gadget from the bedside before dropping his trousers. He is then seen touching his penis before going into the bathroom and returning to the bedroom.

Police arrested Mr. Burton, of Rotherham, but later released him and said he cannot be charged with outraging public decency because the incident occurred in a private home and was not seen by anyone, Mail Online report.

The only crime he could be charged with is burglary because he took a tube of lubricant from a drawer, but the offence would not justify the cost of a trial, police told The Sun.

He also cannot be charged with trespassing because he was invited into the property by Mr. White, despite his claims that he felt ‘violated’ by Mr. Burton’s actions and was furious he would escape without punishment.

Mr. White who has two daughters aged five and eight, said he was out running errands when he received a phone alert from his motion sensor security system that someone was upstairs in his home.

‘We have been violated in our own home by someone we trusted, and he will escape scot-free,’ he told The Sun.

‘It has left my wife feeling very uncomfortable and struggling to sleep.’
