The governorship competitor of the All Progressives Congress, Ahmed Aliyu and Senator Aliyu Wamakko have called Governor Aminu Tambuwal of the Peoples Democratic Party to compliment him on his triumph in the race. The Twitter handle of the Sokoto Government House uncovered the salutary calls, minutes after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) formally pronounced Tambuwal victor of the race. He won just barely of 342 votes. Aliyu was Tambuwal's agent until Tambuwal dumped the All Progressives Congress to join his old PDP, so as to keep running for the presidential race. Aliyu surrendered and turned into the competitor of the APC to keep running against his previous supervisor.
