I really don't understand this your company. You confirmed my supplier has delivered my products to your office in and over a month now I've not got it whereas you promised 8 to 14 days delivery.

The last time you claimed there was short landing and up till now I've not got any information about the situation. This is not what I bargained for. If you can't deliver the products please do a refund. The people I ordered for have even demanded their money.
