I really don't understand this your company. You confirmed my supplier has delivered my products to your office in and over a month now I've not got it whereas you promised 8 to 14 days delivery.

The last time you claimed there was short landing and up till now I've not got any information about the situation. This is not what I bargained for. If you can't deliver the products please do a refund. The people I ordered for have even demanded their money.

This Mimi logistics company are very insensitive to their customers anybody using Mimi logistics are on their own. Mimi logistics are not reliable since January my goods have not arrived
