A man was left amazed and speechless, after spotting a multi-purpose automobile constructed by an supposed engineer in Lagos.

According to the video, the man claimed the jet-like car, can move on land, sea and could equally fly.

The automobile was constructed out of condemned scrap materials and electrical parts.

Internet users who reacted to the video, called on the government to key into the guys idea and empower him technically.
