Omotola Jalade has slammed Lagos Police Spokesperson, Bala Elkana who in an interview with BBC Pidgin claimed tattoo and dreadlock is new to Nigerian culture and also why the police arrest youths sporting it.

Recall we reported that Bala Elkana who alleged that police authorities have noted a connection between cultism and people that sport dreadlocks and draw tattoos on their bodies, condemned the killing of Kolade Johnson whose death has led to viral social media campaigns. The Lagos Police spokesperson who alleged that tattoo and dreadlock is strange to our culture, further disclosed that most of the cultists that have been arrested wear dreadlocks or have tattoos on them.

However Omotola Jalade who slammed the Lagos Police Spokesperson over the claims made, stated that he needs mental evaluation, retrained and re-educated. She wrote;

In this case, Omotola ACTUALLY spoke because her son is involved. show me evidences of her speaking up against any oda random maltreatment from all dese SARS guys.

To think that Africans are the originator of 'dada' and tatoos is just cool...

Buh, oyinbo rebranded them and disbanded our brains such that we now view our things as abominations and take their things as sacred entity...

God will have mercy

Omotola should shut up and stop embarrassing herself. How would you juxtapose suit and dred or tattoo?
Celebrity status does not imply loss of morals.

Obviously, one of the many fine requirements for taking a leadership position in institutions like the police is, connections and a very low IQ with low exposure to match.
And who told you that certain cultures didn't have tattoos? Tribal marks by the way, has same concept as a tattoo, although the outcomes and methods may differ.

She is absolutely right! Who told the block-head that dreads are alien to our culture? Was Sango not on dreads? Even my grandma had tattoos on before she died so, that nonsense about connecting cultism with dreads and tatoos should stop. Such an illiterate! See his nose! Mtcheew! angry

Just imagine what a police spokesman is saying. So by mere looking they can tell who is a criminal. No wonder they hail our politicians who come out clean and steal heavily while pple with dreads nd tattoos r d culprit.
What are they being taught in their PA?? No wonder they can’t carry out a proper investigation because by looking at u they know who is d suspect, like they have some infrared or something. We are bleeped in this country

We prefer inexperienced people in power that's why we are encountering things like this. How can a police officer say such things when they're not even in the constitution. Is Nigeria his father's house or under his father's control? What a lunatic!!!
