men should make the first move boldly and directly while women can also make the first move stylishly and tactfully but a woman has to be careful with regard to the sort of men she makes a move on

In 9ja bcus it is believed guys are to make the first move a lot of women have married the wrong hubby and girls gone out with the wrong people. i personally think anyone can make the first move .

Girls are scared of being seen as 'cheap' so it is extremely rare to see a girl ask a guy out so she uses codes or scope to tell you she likes you and if u are smart enough you will see in between the lines and hit it off. But if u can not decode too bad for you.
