East Africa(Uganda , Kenya, Rwanda ,Burundi ,Tanzania) really has a bright future . I wish people were more aware in our sub region ..thumbs up again for the thread

The Nairobi Airport is on fire!

A huge fire has broken out at the main international airport in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.

The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) said Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) had been closed and passengers evacuated.

Cabinet secretary for transport Michael Kamau said the fire was “very severe” and urged people to stay away from the airport.

Lessons on "how not to run a country" SHAME SHAME SHAME. As much as this might have been a genuine accident, I cant understand or fathom how it got be such a big fire when safety precautions should have been taken across the airport. How safe are passengers and workers generally? Corruption is the cause I speculate. If you follow the paper trail you'll find it's corruption, deep seated to the core. Imagine the president looking helplessly with the people. It's a shame! Hub of shame! He has the opportunity to rectify or exacerbate the situation, we are looking on...
