We could recall that Biafra was declared in Ahiara Mbaise, it is called the Ahiara Declaration, also most technological equipment used during the Biafran war was invented in Mbaise (Ahiara Tech.) Igbos with lots of divides within their region. If not Mbaise against other towns in Imo, it will be Enugu against Anambra or Imo. They even claimed Ebonyi is less superior to other clans among Igbo tribe. This you cant find in any other two major tribes in Nigeria. Imagin an Oyo man saying Ogun is less superior. Or Kano Man claiming superiority over Kastina or Kaduna man. Yet they want Biafra. 4 Likes |

afokenny: Go and read your history.. SW almost set Nigeria ablaze with their pathetic division in 60 when Akintola and Awolowo were slugging it out. Let's not discuss about today's division where Yoruba muslins are hell Bent in turning Yoruba Christians to "Siddon dey look citizens" 4 Likes 1 Share

afokenny:Don't be stupid, inter-community rivalry is never ethnic divide. It is common across the nation. Yorubas have fought more intra-tribal wars more than any ethnic group in Nigeria. Today, many Ijebus believe that they are not Yorubas, some Awori people would slap you when you call them Yorubas. Ife people believe that they are the authentic Yorubas. Yoruba moslems are more loyal to their religion than to their christian brothers. In the North, Fulani man can marry Hausa lady but they don't allow Hausas to marry their women. In Kajuru, Kaduna State non-indigenes are massacring the indigenes. Hausa moslems have turned Southern Kaduna to mass grave. North westerners see North easterners as banzas (bastards) and this is even taught in their schools. In beloved Edo state, there is an intense rivalry between Edo North and Edo South. Epies in Bayelsa have their reservations about Ijaws. Singling out Ndi igbo shows how much of a bigot you are. 3 Likes |

afokenny: It was same Yoruba that wrote the British to come and rule them because they can't rule themselves .....maybe that was love upon disunity Afenifere today doesn't even know who their leaders are....Some say Tinubu, others say akintoye.... Superiority tussle Oba in Ondo state doesn't see eye to eye with ooni of Ife.... Traditional fighting Is it about Ife and Modakeke...Ages unsettled Is about Ijebus segregation... The most divided enclave remains the west and that the reason they want one Nigeria because they can't rule themselves.....unless the whole west will turn to Sudan or Somalia 1 Like |
