I knew Kaduna wont be among since he has backlog of gratuity and pension running into 4 or more years. He has retired more civil servants in less than 4 years than the previous 10 years and has not paid a single person any entitlement.

Kaduna state civil servants receive the least salary in the entire country. A director in the ministry of education receives just 120k. Most directors have over 25yrs of service and you receive 120k? Its just unbelievable.

Every state Governor who has an iota of honor and fear of God and love for his people should pay. Even the amount still won't be enough for those in lowest level but it will add something to them. All the Governors should please pay.
