Let's the Igbos stop importing and clearing through Lagos but start importing and clearing through Niger Delta Waters closer to them

Let the Igbos stop travelling out through Lagos but let them be allow to modernize their airport and start using it instead of Lagos to travel outside Nigeria

Let the Niger Delta be allow to control and manage their oil the way it's being done to precious metals in the north

Do all this then we'll really know the difference between Lagos and others Yoruba States
