The Police in Lagos have arrested a man, Tokunbo Okusanya, 30 and a lady, Anu Akinleye, 32, for conducting themselves in a manner that could cause breach of public peace.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the duo may have opened up on what happened in the past between them as they reportedly abused themselves in their neighbourhood at Jakande Estate in Ejigbo area of Lagos.

It was gathered that Okusanya abused the lady, Akinleye, publicly; reminding her how he had slept with her severally and there was nothing special about her as he knew her inside out.

Then, they should be charged for constituting public nuisance. As the law says, by their action or inaction do they disturb the comfort of the public, then it is a public nuisance and it is a crime and not a tort.
Who knows to what extent did they use slanderous words or actually committed battery.
It will teach the likes of Tonto to abstain from washing their dirty linen in public.
