Truth About Fornication & How To Overcome This Sin


1 Corinthians 6:18; Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

Formication is the sin of sexual intercourse between a man and a woman who are not married. Sex is not sin, but if practiced beyond the bounds of marriage it becomes rebellion against God. Every sexual intercourse is a blood covenant between the two parties involved, so the fornicators can name names of how many people they have had everlasting blood covenant with, whom they have given a share or percentage of their glory. If such fornicator shall take note, he or she shall realize that there is confused or mixed feelings, sometimes he doesn't know what he feels, as if the feelings belongs to someone else, yea, that's the life deposited during sex manifesting itself, there is always an exchange or mixture of life, and of glory, there is also a transference of demons. Sharing demons and diseases! This act is rampant amongst the youths. These becomes slaves to their passions, they live in the flesh, and we would do well if we liken them to the beasts of the field, because animals also live in their body. In this untoward generation to keep oneself unspotted from the filthiness of fornication could bring about persecution, "oh he's a bush man, it isn't sin, no one sees you, it will be fast, such a religious fellow, it can be likened to just eating, she is a virgin very uncivilized, no big deal about it, it's just an affair, he knows not of this fun," and so demons through the mouth of sinners persist in trying to convince the gullible and innocent fellow of the sweetness of the damnable practice.

For this sin is everywhere, in our churches, at home, at school, even on the alter! Is there a lady or man who keeps him or herself from this sin? Let such be ascertained at heart that he or she is very loved by the God Almighty and shall be a vessel unto honour! Should there be sex between two unmarried believers? Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire (Jude 1:7). This is the only reply fornicators get from God, eternal fire. When young believers are admonished to flee fornication, the elderly are not in anyway trying to dissuade them from enjoying their lives, but to save them from youthful lusts warring against their soul and future. For these men have seen it all, they also were once youth. What is at the end of all the wild emotions and youthful passions? Brokenness! Shame! Sickness! Death! Eternal death!

The lowest form of life is to walk in the body like the beasts of the field. If the fornicator would study these animals, he shall soon realize he and they have common traits such as unrestrained sexual appetite, also in eating, drinking, and sleeping. Man could walk after the spirit, soul or the body. The life of the body is the animal life, and all who walk after this life shall perish like an animal. Romans 8:12-13; Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die. Ignorance of the spiritual consequences of fornication has destroyed so many brethren, and left their destinies unfulfilled in the body of Christ. No wonder there are many unanswered prayers, prayer warriors, God's children bound by abject poverty, diseases, failures, disappointments, some have no husband, some have no progress, others seek children, why? For these have lost the latter glory through obeying of former lusts. Some might be in the act of fornication today while all things go well for them, such should be sure that the consequences shall befall him or her suddenly someday. Be sure your sins will find you out.

When man and woman have intercourse outside of marriage, the soul life in them is stirred beyond control. If this soul life is constantly being stirred in such a way, man would get to a point that he would no longer be useful for God, then he shall die useless, even though he receives grace that causes him to repentance later, still he shall die useless, and God has not promised anyone such grace. Sex outside of marriage is a risk of demonic possession, for this gives every ground for demons to perpetrate all evil they could, during this time demons touch and twist the destinies of men, afflict them with sickness, gain access to every sector of their lives. If God will not behold such evil fornicators commit with themselves outside marriage, of course demons shall fill the arena!

How is one saved from this wicked sin? Let the reader not in anyway bother himself if he is not born again, for such has a life contract with Satan and the devil has a hold on such person's life, so that there is no deliverance for such. If the reader is willing to submit and serve Christ, let him dedicate his life now confessing his sins and believing that Jesus died to cleanse him from them. Fornication is only overcome by believers, if one will pummel his body by bringing it into subjection through fasting and prayer, while meditation on God's word must replace every distracting thought, he shall overcome. But first, let such believer fall on his face before the Great Judge of the universe and repent of past evil doings! "Oh, I don't think God can forgive me because I did so many bad things," saith the brother, but some who did worse over the years were forgiven when they repented and forsook their sins! They were made white as snow! Let the believer acknowledge and confess this sin before God, and believe that Christ has forgiven him. Let the believer identify with Christ in His death by faith and affirm within himself that, "when Christ died I died," let him believe his death to sin (Romans 6:2), for men who are dead have ceased from sinning and are free from it. Let such believer cut off every defiling union with former co-fornicators, and remain unavailable. Let such pick up fasting, prayer and bible study in place of worldly time wasting activities. This would be inconvenient at first but as time goes on such shall find total freedom. Let him or her stay away from people or materials that could stir his heart to fall into such sin again. When the believer has full victory, let him mortify his members through fasting and prayer that they raise their voices not anymore (Colossians 3:5). Let such walk in the fullness of his victory and deliver others! For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication (1 Thessalonians 4:3).
