You think so, what if he now wins?

You know it's possible cos for the tribunal to have declared him winner means he might have won based on the premise with which they judged the case. What if the supreme Court uses that premise too?
he doesn't understand that , he should go and read the minority judgement from justice mbaba on the appeal court verdict. It shows vividly that APC bought the appeal court judgement. Supreme Court will set aside the majority judgment of the appeal court .

Your view is respected....However in my opinion is unlikely....Section 140 paragraph 1 is against the majority judgement at the tribunal...This is one of the reasons Appeal court set it aside.

you are saying trash here, always speaking out of context. Go and read justice Mbaba minority judgement , you will know that APC bought the judgement. He even award 200k against the appellant. Your epistles is lies and propaganda. It will never work .Just stay glued till Supreme Court verdict.
. Your opinion is respected. With due respect to Justice MBA and all the other judges in Appeal court. Justice MBA in his minority judgement upheld majority judgement in tribunal. However the question is Did Justice MBA talk about section 140 in the electoral law in his judgement? That is why his judgement may not HD water at the Supreme court. As I said before appeal court judgement Adelekes case is marred with inconsistency confusion and contradiction. The legal oracles will make final pronouncements soon.
