Thanks for the response bro grin
A follow up question please; my wife is the primary applicant while I'm the spouse; having entered my own travel history under the section for spouse, do I still have to repeat everything under the section for the main applicant, since I am her family member?

Topsmamen:

Yup! You, your spouse and kids.

Tnx for taking out time to respond. I appreciate.

I’m a new person here who has been reading posts but your post interests me so let me try and give advice based on my knowledge of business management.

If a business is not registered, it is not a separate legal entity from the owner hence I think you can use your National ID card or international passport in lieu of the CAC registration documents you didn’t have that time as long as your ID or Passport was valid during that period. You can explain this in the LOE. But I’m not sure if this will be acceptable to the VO though.

CIMA cannot add anything as you already have two or more certificates, there's no three or more certificates grin...the next higher qualification is masters..

All the best

At 40 years, what do you plan to do abroad? I just hope you have well spelled out plans though. And to your question, definitely yes. You can get nominated through the provincial nomination programme.

I'm guessing you're probably in your 20s and haven't seen the world outside your myopic view in Nigeria. I am also guessing life hasn't dealt you any brain-resetting blows yet, so you presume life abroad is meant for people as young as you, in their 20s, while those in their 40s ought to be preparing for their death...Lol.

I won't wast my time telling you about some of my buddies in their 40s that emigrated to Canada and are currently rocking good 6 figures with a decency of life that Nigeria may not provide in another 50 years.

Just be circumspect in your conversation/speech online with people you don't know jack about!

since your husband is the PA you can just move it to personal history, don't delete/remove anything ooo moreover you are not the primary applicant, so you don't need reference letter. VO are not smiling now

thanks

Since he is now the PA, remove your work experience as it will not add any points since I assume it wasn't in Canada. You can mention it in your personal history section (post ITA) and reference letters won't be required then.

thanks

my neighbors wife went to the uk aged 42 or so . Worked as a care worker ( running multiple shifts in different care homes) for 8 years. She is back to nigeria now as a big madam collecting rent from the houses she built. A 60 year old Nigerian can still hustle abeg. See an example below.

Thanks for sharing. A friend moved to Calgary last year @42. He got a job before he landed, which is a lot more than some 28yr olds can say.
I know of a 55yr old Egyptian who was head hunted to be a dean in an Ontario post-secondary college.
Some generalizations don't have much value.

Morning fam. Please I have a few questions on the application. I'm trying to ensure I don't make any mistake.

1. Personal History (Personal Activities): Do I have to include National Youth Service in our personal history? (note that I have already included PPA during the NYSC period as part my employment history). So am I still required to mention NYSC separately as part of personal activities, bearing in mind that it will overlap with employment history?

2. Employment History for Spouse: Since my wife is the primary applicant and I am not getting any points for my work history, I'm surprised that I'm still required to upload documents for Employment History. So I just plan to include my most recent promotion letter without any additional documentation (e.g. employer's reference). I hope this is in order.

3. Travel History: A follow up to the question I asked before; so under the Spouse form, I had given my detailed travel history. Do I have to repeat documentation of my travel history while filling out the form for the main applicant (i.e. my spouse)?

4. Proof of upfront medicals: I assume I will upload the scanned e-medical Information Sheet I received from Q-Life after the upfront medical test. Is this correct?

But bros reason this question now. When one spouse goes to an embassy, answers questions and gets Visa does it automatically mean visa for the other spouse?

You're a separate legal entity and will have to answer all questions in your section, same for her. Get her full travel details and enter them.
