Still wondering why it is taking this long to get back to hopefuls like those whose status still reads "Application in Progress without a regret mail from them. I still believed they will get in touch soon.

Those that were called for medicals are the successful ones, Exxon takes time to send rejection mail in case someone fails the medicals or verification and they want to substitute, once they resume they'll send rejection to the rest.

But how long will medical reports n verification take? I doubt if that is the only reason for still keeping their applications.
I think they should let remaining candidates whose applications are tagged " Application in progress" know their ultimate fate so that they can move on. My own take pls.

I strongly believed this delay is for a purpose.
When it's time they will call.
