He brought all these to himself. Okorocha has no love for Imo people. Whom the gods has chosen to destroy, they first make deaf. He was warned but he preferred to listen to sycophants.
I wonder what handover note Emeka is looking for, looking at how Okorocha governed Imo state like an emperor, Ihedioha is on his own.
Since Okorocha government did not render support to the Transition committee, I expect Emeka to conduct a thorough forensic audit on Imo state asset and financial status but I doubt if he will be sincere and accountable in his own government. I won't be surprised if Emeka himself fail to deliver good governance.

Rochas wasn't prepared for handover. He thought the inlaw will take over and besides after the election, he had so many issues both from within and outside the party hence no time to look into what the ministries and agencies prepared as handover document. I got this info from a friend close to one of the commissioners.

It's like this people don't know Emeka Ihedioha. He's a very meticulous man. He is the kind of guy that won't waste a dime to buy new cars when old ones can be retrieved and refurbished

Honestly, I don't know.
But if there was a committee set up, and Ihedioha's camp didn't work them, then he also has to take some blame. All the same, Permanent secretaries and Directors of respective ministries should know details of the situation since they are not government appointees.
