See their plan, they frustrated ambode with impeachment distractions and delays in fund release, so that his performance will be stalled, just because the guy no let some others veteran thieves chop with am. Even govt agencies leadership under the state govt joined the fight against the past governor by slowing pace of work and pledge allegiance to the Powers that be. You could see the result of the primaries. The governor was surrounded by enemies disguised as friends. How can one perform when all around are people trying to sabotage your efforts.

Immediately sanwo-olu entered now, they released budget, the man and the agencies are jumping around with promises.
The state roads are so bad, that any slight fix performed today, will bring a great relief and show sign of hope (mass mind control), leaving lagosians to shout sanwo-olu praises hereby validating to lagosians minds why they changed the last guy.

So now. lets think well, do you think all the strong tussle that happen regarding the said matter, is due to the love of the state. Nah, Political wars have never been about the people of the state, its about the state of the people holding the political powers and their self-interest.

Make you una continue to use us play. #OurMUMUneverDO

Stop spinning rubbish abeg. Ambode was the governor of Lagos state for 4 years, he had powers and authority to perform a similar simple task like filling potholes via a simple directive. His yearly budget was almost 1 billion, the largest in Nigeria and twice Fashola's yearly budget.

Little things make the biggest difference sometimes.

Sanwo Olu is doing simple things just days after inauguration and he's making Ambode and hs 4 years look worthless and incompetent.

Sanwo Olu obviously did his homework and he's prepared to govern straight out of the gate

Joker. No single helpline, hotline for people who are depressed or suicidal. Yet there will be hotline for pothole. Shame really.

“Lagos has gotten progressively less transparent today, they don’t even bother,” said Tunde Leye, Consulting Partner at SBM Intelligence.

We know exactly the cost of building the Lekki Ikoyi Bridge. Compare to Ambode where we do not know how much he spent to build the Ajah flyover or anything else. Civil society has tried to invoke the freedom of information (FOI) act repeatedly but they have either been ignored or blown off. Lagos is very opaque.

In my own opinion, there is no need to release new hotlines.

The existing emergency lines of 767 and 211 can still accomodate this by expanding the call care personnel to take care of the new section.

It's not pot holes but also drainage. Otherwise fixed potholes will spoil in a short time.

Also it's about time Victoria Island was given some attention. Left to me a N50bln master plan review and infrastructure upgrade for VI is not out of place. Adeola Hope well, Adeyemi alakija, Sanusi fafunwa, ahmadu bello and the one opposite eko Hotel exit gate
are roads that need urgent attention.

There also needs to be a review of parking arrangements. Again left to me I'd take over some abandoned buildings at strategic points of VI, knock then down and turn them to multi story car parks and force everyone to park there. Cars parked everywhere are an eyesore.

AutoReportNG:
Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Wednesday restated his commitment to collaborate with residents and people of the state for successful implementation of his administration’s policies and programmes.

The governor, who said this when he hosted Muslim faithful in Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja to mark 2019 Eid-el-Fitri informed the gathering that his government will soon release emergency hotlines to the public to call the Lagos State Public Works for immediate fixing of potholes and roads that need urgent repairs.

“Let us have continuous collaborative engagements. We will continue to ask you to work with us. We would be calling on you at different times.”

“Our Public Works Corporation would come out and start fixing all the potholes on our roads. We would soon publish the numbers that people would be calling to notify us of wherever there are potholes in the state”, Governor Sanwo-Olu stated.

He expressed happiness as he joined Muslim brothers and sisters to celebrate the end of Ramadan after a long period of spiritual cleansing and self discipline, urging them to pray for the success of his administration.

According to him, “I am happy and pleased to join our Muslim brothers and sisters in this glorious celebration of Eid-el-fitri. A long stretch of fasting like this is not the easiest thing. It takes special grace and personal discipline, to go through the religious obligation.

“Continue to pray for the success of our administration and our prayers is that we all witness next year in good health and progress”.

You can't mix or combine emergency service line with a non-emergency service line.

Who or what is the new emergency line hurting anyway, nobody. Sounds like you just want to talk,

Am I talking to you? Why not just read and pass instead of coming into my mention?

No sensible comment.

Addo Rd Ajah ooooooo biko the traffic is mad .

That road is too narrow for that densely populated area. And leads in and out. No other access. People who live there may have mental health issues caused by stress.
