The question is do they have a functioning customer care/complaint unit set in place, if you must embark on such, you should have on standby nothing less than 2000 customer/complaint staffs to curtail the endless calls that will be made by Lagosians, also a team of engineers and equipment must be ready. He should do his homework first before been sensational, body just dey do this guy tinrinrin tenrenren, please don't quote me as bad belle, am a Lagos born, and i love the state.

They should also finish the mono-rail project so that there will be less vehicle pressure on the roads.

AutoReportNG:
Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Wednesday restated his commitment to collaborate with residents and people of the state for successful implementation of his administration’s policies and programmes.

The governor, who said this when he hosted Muslim faithful in Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja to mark 2019 Eid-el-Fitri informed the gathering that his government will soon release emergency hotlines to the public to call the Lagos State Public Works for immediate fixing of potholes and roads that need urgent repairs.

“Let us have continuous collaborative engagements. We will continue to ask you to work with us. We would be calling on you at different times.”

“Our Public Works Corporation would come out and start fixing all the potholes on our roads. We would soon publish the numbers that people would be calling to notify us of wherever there are potholes in the state”, Governor Sanwo-Olu stated.

He expressed happiness as he joined Muslim brothers and sisters to celebrate the end of Ramadan after a long period of spiritual cleansing and self discipline, urging them to pray for the success of his administration.

According to him, “I am happy and pleased to join our Muslim brothers and sisters in this glorious celebration of Eid-el-fitri. A long stretch of fasting like this is not the easiest thing. It takes special grace and personal discipline, to go through the religious obligation.

“Continue to pray for the success of our administration and our prayers is that we all witness next year in good health and progress”.

Sanwo olu should come to the plight of Ajah

The holdup at the ilaje bustop has destroyed the beautiful jubilee flyover and made it highly inefficient...
The lastma personnels there are doing absolutely nothing and just after money

The Bus drivers pick and drop off passengers on the road..
While market women and okada men take up almost half of the road every evening

This can be remedied by these simple steps..

Step 1.... All buses should be made to pick and drop off their passengers right inside the park

Step 2..... Stop all commercial activities around the bustop

Step 3...... Ban okada riders from the express

We are coming

The hold up there is not entirely caused by the buses that drop or park there. The main cause of the traffic hold up is the pedestrians that are crossing the road both in the mornings and evening. If a pedestrian bridge is built there and the normal wire fence is in place on that barrier, you wont see any traffic build up at all. there are other bus stops like Jakande etc where buses stop and have commercial activities but you don't see traffic. The solution is to erect a pedestrian bridge, build fences on the center barrier, those people stopping cars to cross the road will vanish and you wont see traffic.
